SALESFORCE
DATA MODEL
For a recent Salesforce implementation project, I worked with an international team of four members to understand our client’s business requirements. We utilized the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and developed this data model with custom objects where necessary to meet their unique requirements.
OBJECTS + fields
We created a very detailed design document to identify standard and custom object details and relationships, fields, validation rules, automation flows, and security settings.
Records
In the course of testing our implementation, we created dummy records to test that all object relationships, rules, and the general user experience would work as intended for our client.
Related oBjects
Our related records leveraged a variety of tools in Salesforce, including picklists, required fields where necessary, validation rules, and other logical components.
reports + Dashboards
We created reports and dashboards to allow our client to quickly see what was going on in their Salesforce org. Filters and filter logic for reports, plus dashboard filters, were created to yield the intended information. Folders and folder access privileges for reports and dashboards were created to align with their stated security needs.
Einstein Bot builder
I recently completed the Build an Einstein Bot module on Trailhead to understand how conversation design for chatbots is implemented in Salesforce. Critical to implementing service or sales related chatbots is making sure you understand the company’s Salesforce instance objects, fields, data model, security requirements, and where chats should be escalated to a human.
Marketing Cloud
I recently passed my Marketing Cloud Administrator and Email Specialist certifications. I’m looking forward to creating, managing and analyzing the performance of marketing automations across multiple channels.
